Hello lovelies! Several of you have contacted me to ask if everything is ok, as I have not been posting as often as usual. Thank you so much for checking in. Yes, everything is fine…more than fine, in fact!

The internet can be great for connecting and building community, but too much screen time can also keep one from connecting in person (at least in my case), so I took a little time off to do a few things that I had put on the back burner, such as venturing out of my own little neighborhood to explore, and workshopping a workshop, or two.

As luck would have it, one of my venturings brought me to the doorstep of Constellation Studio in Somerville, MA, where I was fortunate enough to meet the amazing Jenn Pici Falk. I love the  warm and welcoming space for creative and mindful practices she has created, and I am very excited to tell you I will be doing a workshop there this month!
